By becoming a user of one of our option plans you agree that if your payments are late or stop we have the right to suspend your account untill payment is made.
By becoming a user and purchasing one of our options you agree that on the date of purchase every month we will take the option price from either your paypal or credit card, which ever you signed up with.
As a user you have the right to cancel your package at anytime for any reason, there will unfortunately not be a refund for the days still left before the next billing date.

Product Item Fair Use Policy: You are entitled to use as many products as you feel your company needs to sell but if a large amount of large images/media files are used on your account we will ask you to remove some items and if you do not do so we have the right to cancel your contract.
Dynamic Pages - Pages included: We offer unlimited pages but on some templates you choose you will only be able to do so many due to the design and by purchasing one of our packages you accept this.
Free Hosting: We offer free hosting to all our users but if your website is putting heavy load onto the servers we use because of how large your website has become, large amount of traffic or any other reason we have the right to offer you a hosting price which you have the right to decline, if you decline we have the right to cancel your membership.
A member can cancel at anytime without notice by clicking cancel contract within his user panel. Your service will run untill the next billing date in which will then cancel on the day the next payment is due.
Members are entitled to a full refund of the last payment made if satisfaction with uptime service is not met. Canceling and applying in writing to our email admin@slappit.com within 2 days of the payment made. If 2 days have past refunds will not be given unless under Slappit.com discretion
